King George V of Hanover

King George V of Hanover
(5/27/1819 - 6/12/1878)
Prince George Frederick Alexander Ernest Augustus was born in Berlin to Ernst-August the Duke of Cumberland, the fifth son of King George III, and his wife Princess Frederica. Prince George was a potential suitor to his first cousin the future Queen Victoria as he was suggested by his father to their uncle King William IV but this didn't come to fruition. He was born partially blind in one eye but eventually became fully blind after an incident with his watch.
